About Kelly Gaygen, BSPT

Kelly Gaygen is a Certified Stroke Rehab Professional, Certified Fall Prevention Specialist, and has nearly 40 years of experience in home health care, orthopedics, dementia care, pediatrics, and fall prevention. A graduate from UB 1985 and after retiring from VNA home health in 2023, she can now focus on what she has learned and continues to learn as a professional specializing in mobility. Patient-centered goals are the key to achieving success in the recovery of lost or declining function while inviting family teamwork with respect, grace, and dignity. I am inviting like-minded therapists to join me on my new quest to deliver the best PT experience for our clients and families.
